Laundry is delivered back based on the schedule below. If you’d like to change your delivery date or time we are happy to do so. Please email your request to service@sfwash.com
For morning pickups Monday through Thursday:
If we have access to your building, your order will be returned the day after pick-up before 8pm.
If we picked up your laundry in a time window, and you only have wash-and-fold in your order, we will return your order the day after pick-up in the same window.
If we we picked up your laundry in a time window AND you have dry cleaning/wash-and-press in your order, your order will be returned two days after pick-up during the same window. If we picked up on Thursday, we will deliver wash and fold back on Friday and dry cleaning/wash and press on Monday.
For evening pickups, we return wash-and-fold only orders the next day and orders with dry cleaning/wash and press in two days.
For Friday pickups:
If we have access to your building, we will deliver your wash and fold before 9:30PM Friday night at no additional charge. Any dry cleaning/wash and press will be delivered back on Monday.
If we do not have access to your building, we will deliver your order Monday morning during the same time window as pickup. If you would like us to deliver wash and fold back Friday night between 6:30 and 9:30PM, please select “Same Day Service” when you order and please remember to be home during those hours so we can deliver to you.
We have limited pickup and delivery on Saturdays, please email for details..
